Same-Day and Emergency Cleaning

Same-day attendance is available where an incident cannot wait for the next scheduled visit. The office is staffed continuously and answered in under five seconds at any hour. What determines the actual arrival time is building access, not crew availability.

Most emergency cleaning calls in commercial premises are one of a small number of things: a water escape, a failed appliance or refrigerator, an incident in a restroom, a spill on a floor that cannot be left, or a contractor who did not attend when they were supposed to.

The Honest Constraint

Any contractor can say they answer the phone at night. Fewer can actually get into your building at night. If we already hold badge access to your premises, same-day attendance is a scheduling question. If we do not, the managing agent has to authorise entry, and at three in the morning that is frequently not possible regardless of who is willing to come.

That is why the useful thing to do is not to find an emergency contractor at the moment of the emergency. It is to already have one with access.

What You Get on the Call

A person, not a queue, and an assessment rather than a reassurance. What is achievable before you open depends on how much of the night remains, whether access can be obtained, and what the incident actually is. You will be told which of those is the constraint on the call rather than discovering it the next morning.

What This Is Not

We are a cleaning contractor. Water escapes need the source stopped by a plumber and standing water addressed by a restoration contractor before cleaning is meaningful. Biohazard incidents require a licensed specialist. We will tell you plainly when the call you need to make first is to somebody else.

What Is Included

  • Telephone answered in under five seconds, 24 hours a day
  • Assessment of what is achievable before opening, given on the call
  • Same-day attendance where building access permits
  • Spill, incident and post-event cleaning
  • Cover where a scheduled visit was missed

What Is Not Included Unless You Ask for It

This list is here on purpose. When a client and a contractor fall out, the cause is almost always an item each side believed the other had taken care of. Reading it now costs a minute; discovering it in month three costs considerably more.

  • Water extraction, drying and restoration
  • Biohazard and bodily fluid remediation requiring a licensed specialist
  • Plumbing, electrical or mechanical repair
  • Attendance where the managing agent will not authorise access
  • Mould remediation

Get This Specified

Tell us about the premises and we will attend, survey them, and set out the scope, the exclusions and the labour-hours behind the figure in one document.

Same-Day & Emergency Cleaning — Request a Survey

We attend, survey the premises, and set out the specification and the labour-hours behind it in writing.

Every enquiry receives a reply. Where your managing agent requires a Certificate of Insurance or vendor registration before access is granted, we complete that paperwork ahead of the first shift.

Same-Day & Emergency Cleaning: Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can someone actually arrive?

The variable is building access, not availability. Where we already hold badge access, quickly. Where we do not, the managing agent has to authorise entry first, which at night is frequently the binding constraint. You will be told which applies on the call.

Do you handle water damage?

Not the restoration. The source needs a plumber and standing water needs a restoration contractor. Cleaning is meaningful once those are done, and we will say so rather than attend and achieve little.
